Before beginning your home search, your first step should be to get pre-approved. This will let you know the amount of financing you can obtain and what your monthly payment would be. This is also the time you should have your initial buyer consultation and sign a buyer broker agreement with your agent.

Find Dream Home

Once you've set a price range that works within your budget, search homes on our interactive site and work with your agent to find your dream home that best matches your needs. Once you find your desired home, you will submit a purchase and sale offer and if accepted you will begin the close of escrow process. 

Close
Often referred to as being "under contract." This process usually takes about 30 days from the initial accepted contract date. Once you have cleared your 10 day inspection period and all loan conditions, you're then able to schedule your closing! This is when you will receive your keys and take ownership of your new home!
